What: Join the Monell Center’s world-leading taste and smell scientists for a four-course small plates dinner and discussion about taste, smell, health, and safety. The small (but mighty!) plates and dessert selection will be carefully crafted by R2L’s Daniel Stern, one of Philadelphia’s most experimental and thoughtful chefs.

Following dinner and a dessert reception, enjoy an interactive live performance by Nicola Twilley and Cynthia Graber of Gastropod, an award-winning podcast that looks at food through the dual lenses of science and history.

Where: Science History Institute, 315 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106

When: Thursday November 15, 2018, 6-9 pm
